LHSCD partners Jessica Choi and Jack Doebley, and associate attorney Emma Tuohy had starring roles at the AILA Philadelphia Chapter’s annual CLE conference on Friday. Jessica presented on alternatives to H-1B petitions for employers seeking to hire foreign workers, Jack presented on a panel regarding EB-1 permanent residence applications and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions, and Emma was a committee chair, helping to put the entire conference together. LHSCD is very proud of Emma, Jack, and Jessica’s excellent work!
