Pearl represents individuals primarily focusing on asylum and removal defense.
Prior to joining LHSCD, Pearl gained experience at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to President Judge Nina Wright Padilla. During her last year of law school, Pearl served as a clinical student with the Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic assisting immigrant individuals on a variety of humanitarian-based immigration petitions and removal defense. Pearl also gained experience interning with the Federal Community Defender Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Legal Assistance in the Consumer Housing Unit. Pearl also participated in the Law Co-Op program where she matched and worked with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Pearl is licensed to practice law in New Jersey but can practice immigration law in any state. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In 2019, she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In 2023, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
