Todd represents individuals and businesses in a range of immigration matters. He graduated from Temple University with a B.A. with distinction in economics in 2015 and from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2018. Prior to joining SCT, Todd worked as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges. In this position, he drafted Decisions and Orders under the H-2A and H-2B visa programs.
