Jonathan focuses his practice primarily on employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, in particular H-1B, L-1, EB-1, and E-2 petitions.
Prior to joining LHSCD, Jonathan gained experience at another immigration law firm in Philadelphia where he worked on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions as well as family-based adjustment of status cases and consular processing matters before the Department of State. While in law school, Jonathan served as a clinical student with Nationalities Service Center assisting immigrant individuals on a variety of humanitarian-based immigration petitions. Additionally, he has also gained litigation experience through his work at the Montgomery County Public Defenders’ Office.
Jonathan is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania but can practice immigration law in any state. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He graduated from Morehouse College with a B.A. in 2015 and from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2019.
