As Managing Director, Ben oversees all business processes firm-wide, including H.R., Finance, Information Systems, and Operations, and he works directly with legal technology, ensuring that the firm remains well positioned with regard to emerging tech. In addition, Ben continues to work on PERM Labor Certifications under managing partner Nicole Simon, as he has done since 2010. He also has experience with H-1B and L-1 nonimmigrant visa petitions, family-based permanent residence proceedings, and naturalization applications.
He has been with the firm since 2008. He graduated from Haverford College in 2006 with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, and studied Computer Science at Drexel University.

As Law Clerk to Yuah Jessica Choi and Notary Public for the firm, Cheyenne helps clients with various nonimmigrant visas including H-1B, L-1, TN, and R-1 as well as employment (including PERM Labor Certification Application process, EB-1C Petitions, and I-360 Petitions) and family-based permanent residence and naturalization. She has been with the firm since 2018, and graduated from Temple University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies and Production. Cheyenne also holds an ABA-approved Paralegal Studies Certificate from the Community College of Philadelphia. Currently, Cheyenne is an evening division student at Widener University Delaware Law School.
