The DOS released its July 2026 Visa Bulletin, and USCIS has determined that all family-sponsored should reference the Dates for Filing charts in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for April 2026 to determine eligibility for filing an Application to Adjust Status, while all employment-based applicants should reference the Final Action Dates chart.
Next month’s charts appear below. A date listed for any class indicates that the class is oversubscribed. “C” means current (i.e., numbers are authorized for issuance to all qualified applicants). “U” means unauthorized (i.e., numbers are not authorized for issuance).
EB-2 India: No Visa Numbers Available for FY 2026
The Department of State notes that “due to high demand…India’s pro-rated EB-2 limit was reached and the category is unavailable for the remainder of FY 2026,” which ends on September 20th. This means that EB-2 applicants from India will not be able to submit new Adjustment of Status applications until October at the earliest. Similarly, pending EB-2 India applications will not be approvable until October as well.
