January Visa Bulletin: USCIS reverts back to Final Date of Action for Employment-Based Categories

December 22, 2016

With the January 2017 Visa Bulletin, the USCIS is reverting back to the “Final Action” chart for Employment-based categories, which will cause a further retrogression of the cut-off dates for the EB2 and EB3 India and China categories.    For Family-based categories, the USCIS is retaining the “Filing Date” chart which has no forward movement for January.
