Back in February, USCIS released an updated version of the Naturalization Application, Form N-400. As of next week, USCIS will no longer accept the old version of the form.
The new version of the form is 21 pages long (the first page is shown below), and has a revision date of 09/13/2013. Unless you are sending your application to USCIS immediately, please be sure to use this version of the form for any future naturalization submissions.
