DHS Publishes Final Rule for Weighted H-1B Cap Lottery, Effective February 27, 2026

USCIS is moving forward with significant changes to the H-1B selection process, slated to be effective February 27, 2026, and in place for the FY 2027 H-1B cap registration season. We had previously provided this update about the proposed rule and there are no changes from that version
