The DOS posted its December 2023 Visa Bulletin. USCIS determined that for December 2023, adjustment of status applicants with USCIS must use the “Final Action Dates” chart to determine when they can file such applications.

The Final Action Dates chart and Dates for Filing chart for family-based immigration applications remain the same for December.

The Final Action Dates chart for employment-based applications shows movement forward in both the EB-2 and EB-3 categories for individuals born in mainland China. The EB-4 category for religious workers is listed as “U” for “unauthorized” noting that these numbers are unauthorized for issuance in the visa bulletin for December 2023. The Dates for Filing Chart for employment-based visa applications remains unchanged for December 2023.
