Retired Immigration Judge Steven Morley Joins LHSCD!

We at LHSCD are absolutely delighted to announce that the Honorable Steven Morley (Retired), who served as Immigration Judge at the Philadelphia Immigration Court within the Executive Office for Immigration Review from 2010 until recently, has joined our firm in an Of Counsel capacity.  Judge Morley will apply his vast knowledge and experience in immigration law especially in litigation, including removal matters, Asylum and Cancellation of Removal eligibility,  mandamus and complex federal court litigation plus his experience in family and employment immigration to assist our firm in continuing to  provide the highest of qualify of immigration services to our clients.  Prior to taking the bench, Judge Morley practiced immigration law for twenty-seven years in private practice. Before entering private practice in 1983, Judge Morley was a federal and state court public defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia.    More information about Judge Morley can be found here.
