K-Visas Given “High Priority” As Embassies Begin to Reopen

September 2, 2020

According to the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and effective August 28, as it becomes safe to resume more consular operations at each U.S. mission, posts are authorized to give K visa cases high priority.  Applicants should check the website of their nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate for updates on what services that post is currently able to offer.

If you have any questions regarding your case please find our up to date contact information here. For specific information about your local embassy or consulate, and their regulations regarding visa processing and COVID-19, visit the State Department’s website here.
