DOS Releases April 2024 Visa Bulletin

March 11, 2024

The DOS has posted its April 2024 Visa Bulletin. This latest visa bulletin shows little movement in priority dates with only modest progression across several categories and no movement in others. USCIS determined that for April 2024, adjustment of status applicants in all family-sponsored preference categories must use the Dates for Filing chart, and applicants in employment-based preference categories must use the Final Action Dates chart.

This month’s charts appear below.  To discuss what the dates in April’s Visa Bulletin may mean for your case, please contact the attorney at LHSCD working on your case.  Alternatively, you may set up a consultation with one of our attorneys by filling out our Consultation Request Form.
