Todd represents individuals and businesses in a range of immigration matters. Prior to joining LHSCD, Todd worked as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges. In this position, he drafted Decisions and Orders under the H-2A and H-2B visa programs. This knowledge base and understanding of the U.S. Department of Labor rules has been instrumental in his ability to assisting our firm in providing current and accurate advice to employers seeking permanent resident status for their foreign nationals.
Todd is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey but can practice immigration law in any state. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He graduated from Temple University with a B.A. with distinction in economics in 2015 and from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2018.
