Kristen’s primary concentration is employment-based immigration including: H, L, and E temporary visas and PERM labor certifications.
Kristen received her J.D. from Penn State Law in 2021. While in law school, Kristen participated in the Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic where she worked on asylum cases as well as community outreach and education on immigration matters within the Penn State community. She also worked as a legal intern at Equal Access Legal Services where she worked with individuals in asylum and removal cases. Kristen received her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Georgia in 2o16.
Kristen is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and can practice immigration law in any state. Kristen is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
